TENTATIVE  SCHEDULE

8 AM - Doors Open / Practice Fields Open

8:45 - Coaches Meeting

9:30 - Opening Ceremonies

10 AM - Robot Rounds and Project Presentations Begin

11:30  - 1 PM - Lunch served for teams

4:30 - Closing Ceremonies

 

PLEASE  REMEMBER

 A completed Team Registration Form is required at check-in. The fee is $50 per team. Checks should be made payable to Central Connecticut State University.

 This event is open to the public. There is no admission fee for spectators.

 Parking: please park in the Student Center Garage (labeled “33” on the campus map). The Sam May parking lot (labeled “O”) will be reserved for handicapped parking.

 Each team is required to bring all materials needed to compete including a computer, a 25 foot extension cord and a surge protector for your computer.

 Lunch is provided for the team advisor and up to 10 team members at Kaiser Gym.

 Lunch for parents and other spectators: Starting at 10 AM, CCSU food service will have food for sale in Memorial Hall (labeled “18” on the campus map).

 Judging and competition rules: The Connecticut competition adheres to all the rules and regulations published in the latest FLL rule book as well as any associated updates.

 Practice fields: Please do not bring practice mats or field kits into Kaiser Hall for the state tournament. We have doubled the number of practice fields in the pit area. Each team will have an assigned practice time prior to their robot round and will be able to sign up for additional practice time.   

Schedule of Robot Rounds and Project Presentations: ... will be distributed on-site. It is important that we stay on schedule and that teams keep track of where they are supposed to be and at what time.
