For the past few years, technology teacher candidates at Central Connecticut State University (CCSU) have been given the chance through classes and club activities to work with elementary- and middle-school children at Dr. James H. Naylor School in Hartford. Directions to the school are here.

If you plan to visit Naylor as part of a CCSU Technology Education activity, please read these guidelines first.

Here are pictures of a few of the activities Naylor students and teachers and CCSU Technology Education students and teachers have worked on. Clockwise from upper right: Pond study (2nd graders); slapsticks project (3rd graders); building tools for the pond study (8th graders)
